The Walden Warm-up - a 3-stage introduction to get you raring to go, stretched and energized (8mins.) Main Workout - 3 x circuits. Each circuit features 15 exercises (Marching, Skipping, Boxing, Lunges, Star Jumps, Box-Press, Jogging . . . ) during which Harvey encourages and motivates you to work hard to gain results. Harvey's 'Fit Team' demonstrate how to use change in your workout to become stronger and fitter. (45mins) The Company Cool-Down - Harvey takes you through the paces of a 2 stage cool-down to stretch out and protect your muscles.
